‘Black Panther’ blows past $500 million at the global box office after one week in US theaters

Black Panther has overcome the Avengers at the box office. Marvel movie goes higher and higher. according to box-office reports Force Awakens ($149.2M) the Avengers $103M.

Imax auditoriums delivered an outstanding $9M. In weekend taking the large format exhibitor’s domestic cume to $36M. T’Challa’s Imax run continues to outstrip  MCU  including Avengers: Age of Ultron which made $28.9M after 10 days.

disney and marvel have hauled in half a billion dollars at the global box office.  just one week after debuting in U.S. theaters. the latest news is the superhero movie’s worldwide ticket sales climbing to $520.1 million. all through Thursday.

 “Black Panther” has now earned $292 million in U.S. theaters.

topping the seven-day sales for “Marvel’s Avengers”. it has to take the crown for the best North American opening week for a Marvel Studios film.

Chadwick Boseman’s T’Challa the hero is the marvel latest aftermath of civil war events. T’Challa now returns home to Wakanda. only to find a pair of enemies conspiring to bring down his kingdom.

the movie full casts Alongside Boseman, the film boasts the likes of Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Forest Whitaker, Letitia Wright, Angela Bassett. Danai Gurira, and Daniel Kaluuya. black panther performed similarly to force awakens. the last Jedi on opening weekend. the force awakens pulled 119m. it dropped at 42.7. but the last Jedi earned 104.6m. but dropped to  38.9m.

But black panther fell to only 13 percent. In the movie, Chadwick Boseman stars as T’Challa/Black Panther. The movie narrates a tale of black power.  And black pride in addition to its superhero.

T’Challa  is sworn in as king of Wakanda. Wakanda is the technologically advanced nation in Africa that is home to the exotic metal vibranium, The source of Black Panther’s powers.
