Nubia Gaming Phone:
Nubia had declared recently that its ‘Red Devil’ gaming phone will be declared on April 19. And the company’s CEO has just published a 1st picture of the upcoming phone via Weibo. Weibo is a Chinese social media. The ‘Red Devil’ device will be released by Nubia’s ‘Red Magic’ sub-brand. And it will be a primary opponent to Xiaomi’s recently declared gaming phone, the Black Shark.
The Red Devil gaming phone will also stand against with the Razer mobile, though the Razer mobile was declared quite some time ago at this point. And it comes with 64-bit octa-core SoC Snapdragon 835 chipset. It is Qualcomm’s last-gen SoC, while the Black Shark comes with the Snapdragon 845 SoC. The similar chip that Nubia will include in the Red Devil phone.
Now, the picture that Ni Fei revealed does not specifically paint us a full picture, as far as the design is worried. But you do get to see the device’s bottom corner in this picture, along with Nubia’s branding. Based on this picture, we can see that the device will be made out of metal and that it will sport a U-shaped antenna design as well.
Red Magic Gaming Phone:
The mobile will, presumably, sport 2 antennas on its body, one on the top and one of the bottom. There looks to be a cutout on the device’s bottom as well, and this is either the device’s loudspeaker, one of them, or cooling system. The Xiaomi Black Shark ships with liquid cooling, so Nubia may include something related to the Red Devil phone as well. We’ll simply have to wait and see. Now, as far as specs are worried, we actually do not have all that much info at the moment.
Now, the Nubia Red Devil gaming phone will be fueled by the 64-bit octa-core processor and Snapdragon 845 chipset, while it will apparently ship in 2 versions. A more affordable alternative to the device will ship with 6GB of RAM. While the other model will include 8GB of RAM. The Nubia Red Devil has a large HD display, we’re apparently looking at a 6-inch fullHD+ display here. The display resolution is 2160 x 1080 pixel. Stereo speakers are also hoped to be included here.
